STEP FURTHER

"Fitness" and "being in shape" is great in today's traditional views of health. However, my concept of muscle building and strength goes much deeper. Being in shape may be great on a purely phsyiological level. Building muscle and losing fat may make you look good. But "looking" strong will only get you so far. You need more than muscle mass to survive and thrive. Look for interesting articles on coordination, the nervous system, strength, power, endurance, and biomechanics. Get your answers here.
